Research on the capacity allocation of basin hydropower-photovoltaic-storage hybrid power generation system based on flexibility of hydropower and pumped storage power stations

چکیده
Abstract The development and utilization of basin hydropower-photovoltaic-storage integrated energy system aim to smooth out the fluctuation new generation capacity with regulating ability hydropower pumped-storage power station, thus promoting large-scale consumption energy. For regions rich in water, wind, solar, resources, main problem is how allocate a reasonable scale photovoltaic wind projects according regional stations realize multi-energy complementary. In this paper, based on complementary output characteristics cascaded stations, good storage regulation optimization model hybrid goal economic under multiple constraints constructed. It was applied planning construction clean base Tibet-Sichuan section upstream Jinsha River, combined operation analyzed verify its feasibility.
